St. Patty day is just around the corner and if you’re like me – any day that you have an excuse to eat dessert – is a definite win!
Although these Leprechaun shooters are not something you’ll traditionally find on a St Patricks day menu they are full of beautiful St Patty’s day color and flavor!
The kids love them and they are super easy to make. No – seriously get your kids into the kitchen! It’s such an easy peasy recipe that they can totally help! MOM-WIN!
Kid Friendly -Leprechaun Shooters
Ingredients
- 1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding (prepared to package directions)
- 3-6 Drops – Green Food Coloring
- 4-6 Oreo Cookies Per Glass
- Whipped Cream
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Mini-Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Prepare your pudding & stir in your food coloring until you reach the desired shade of green you would like.

Layer in your glasses by starting with 1-2 broken Oreo cookies in the bottom

Followed by a couple tablespoons of prepared pudding

Continue until you fill the glass

Top with whipped cream & sprinkles/mini-chocolate chips if desired.
