The 109th annual Fiesta Oyster Bake is set to take place on Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26, 2025, at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. This cherished Fiesta San Antonio tradition offers a vibrant mix of live music, delicious food, and community spirit, all in support of student scholarships.
