When Deepika Mittal became a new mom, she knew one thing for certain: she wanted to go back to work. What she didn’t know was how to make that happen without completely sacrificing time with her son.
When her son was about eight months old, Deepika and her husband came across a similar concept launching in Dallas. “This sounds like the best of both worlds,” they thought. The problem? Nothing like it existed here in San Antonio. Together, they had the vision and the drive and when they couldn’t find what they needed, they did what any determined San Antonio mom would do.
“My husband and I just looked at each other and said, ‘let’s build it,'” Deepika shared.
And that’s exactly what they did.
Meet CoPlay Cove — San Antonio’s first coworking space with on site childcare. The facility offers a blend of coworking spaces, childcare services, and a cozy café, all under one roof. Parents can drop into a private desk or meeting room steps away from where their little ones are learning and playing.
